Cap One is our apartment in the Cap Esterel holidays village, 1 hour from Cannes, Nice and Saint Tropez.
The apartment sleeps 4 and is located on the 2nd floor, with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea.
With a surface area of 28 m2, Cap One comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a 9 m2 terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains and sea.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery and cooking utensils, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
The apartment is located on the Place de la Bravade, in the heart of the pedestrian residence and close to all amenities and entertainment. It was completely renovated in October 2024 and has its own parking space in the residence's covered parking lot.
